These general terms and conditions apply when you as a customer shop via our webshop at www.madeinindia.nu . By making a purchase you accept the terms and conditions below. Made in India reserves the right to update or change the terms and conditions at any time.

2. Order

An order is binding when you have placed it in our webshop and received an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right for any final sales and incorrect information on the website.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We offer secure payment solutions through our partners. Payment is made when ordering.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are stated in our Shipping Policy. Made in India is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable legislation. Returns must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Full information can be found in our Refund Policy.

6. Products and use

Our products are natural and inspired by Ayurveda. They do not replace medical treatment. In case of illness or medication, it is recommended that you consult a doctor before use.

7. Limitation of liability

Made in India is not liable for indirect, consequential or lost profits. Our liability is always limited to the amount corresponding to the order in dispute.

9. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we follow applicable Swedish consumer legislation. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly with our customer service can be heard by the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN).
