Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

Return Process
Please contact us at info@madeinindia.nu before returning any item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used at checkout within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened food, supplements, or personal care products are non-refundable.
